Returns & Refund Policy

At La Base, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Please review our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items
We accept returns only if the product arrives damaged or if the incorrect item was shipped. In such cases, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include the following in your email:

  • Photos of the damaged product or incorrect item.

  • A screenshot of your order confirmation email.

Upon verification, we will promptly arrange for a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable (e.g., for limited edition items), we will issue a full refund of the retail price.

Returns for Unused Products
For our Lait Labs Kit, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is returned in its original condition. This means:

  • The product must not have been used.

  • The packaging can be opened for inspection, but all items must remain intact and unused.

If the return is approved, we will issue a refund for the product price, minus the original shipping costs. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Final Sale Policy
All other sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or if the product has been used.
